Accessibility Declaration

At TSI Consumer Goods GmbH, we are committed to ensuring that the website www.hearts-kaffee.de is accessible to all people, regardless of individual limitations. This is based on the provisions of the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG) and the BFSG Accessibility Requirements Ordinance (BFSGBarV). Our goal is to comply with the technical requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformity level AA.

 

Accessibility status

We are working on making our website completely accessible. We plan to implement all BFSG requirements by the end of December 2025. We are currently still in the implementation phase and are checking the website for accessibility.

Content that is not yet accessible

Some areas of the website are not yet fully accessible. The following issues are currently being addressed (as of June 2025):

Slightly insufficient color contrast in some areas.
Some form fields are missing labels.
Some images and controls do not have descriptive alternative text or names.
